Imagine remaining behind the wheel while the lift carries your car up to your apartment. That is the idea behind the Dezervator at Bentley Residences near Miami: arrival ends in a private garage alongside the home. Car and residence are therefore connected in a way that an ordinary car park does not allow. [1][2]
The project is located in Sunny Isles Beach and is being developed with Dezer Development. Heated private pools, summer kitchens and lounge areas are planned for the balconies. It is not only the view that buyers are being granted access to; part of the resort experience is brought right onto each home’s terrace. [1]
The shared amenities are extensive too. In February 2025, Bentley described around 20,000 square feet spread over three floors, including a salon and a separate spa area for residents’ pets. The latter is a small detail with a strong narrative force: the service concept does not stop with the people in the household. [1]
The images are official project visualisations from Bentley’s press materials. They show a planned design, not documentation of a completed or occupied building.
The timetable should be read with caution. Bentley’s press release from February 2025 stated the first quarter of 2028, while the brand’s residences page gives 2027. There is therefore no basis for presenting a single confirmed handover date. The project’s car lift and private balcony pools are the story; a finished residential experience can only be assessed once construction has been delivered. [1][2]
